Who We Are

Service providers at Dynamic RM are proven leaders in the hotel revenue management field with established track records of success in a variety of hotel companies. 

Dynamic RM was established by Jil Larson, a 25 year hotel veteran with leadership experience throughout the U.S.A. and Canada in revenue director positions at the property, cluster, regional, and corporate levels. When warranted, Ms. Larson involves partner revenue management leaders, each with particular expertise in specific markets, market segments, or software systems.

Jil Larson – President

• Revenue management leadership experience with Marriott, Starwood, Intercontinental, Hilton, Fairmont, and independent properties, with oversight ranging from single properties of 200 rooms to portfolios of large properties over 1,000 rooms each
• Consistent track record of increased market share and catering revenues across multiple organizations
• Certificate in Revenue Management and Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration
• Diploma of Technology in Hospitality and Tourism Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology
• Certified practioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® Step I and Step II instruments.

Melissa Hall – Director of Distribution

• Reservation leadership and revenue management team experience in multiple boutique hotels
• Extensive pricing and inventory management experience in a variety of hotel PMS, web booking engine, and distribution systems.
